Prophet Uebert Angel's giant conference in London drew thousands of faithful followers.
More than 1000 people from the U.K. and abroad converged on London to attend the first ever annual GoodNewsFest event late in September.
Prophet Uebert Angel pastor of Spirit Embassy: The Good News Church in London and creator of the huge three day gathering, fused renowned international Christian preachers with popular musicians to offer a smorgasbord of teaching, preaching and entertainment.
Participation this year surpassed organisers expectations with all three days being full to capacity. "We quantify success in how we provide the people with services, and the tools to help families leave GoodNewsFest stronger than when they arrived," Event and ministry Spokesperson Rikki Doolan said.
The strategy seemed to work. With four sessions held in The Kensington Great Hall, event goers scurried to get the best seats to participate in festivities geared towards family and faith.
"Shout i'm a Barrier Breaker, a Line Crosser" proclaimed preacher Matthew Ashimolowo to thousands of joyous people who attended his Saturday evening session. Pastor Ashimolowo is the founder of the UK's first megachurch which he started in 1986.
America's Bishop Clarence McClendon and India's Evangelist Rambabu spoke on Friday and Sunday respectively, whilst award winning gospel music star Eben performed Friday & Saturday Evening. All guests arrived with motorcade, red carpet and the boisterous audience responded well to each one.
The real headline grabber of the event was the performance of the fast rising global phenomena of Prophecy. The ability of a man, on this occasion the host Uebert Angel and his spiritual sons, to spiritually know details of people from the audiences lives and then announcing them to the wonder of the event goers. This was demonstrated on all three nights of the event and is fast creating hype across the UK.
